LAND ACQUISITION + SINGLE HOUSE CONSTRUCTION
Using our property research experience and thorough investment criteria, we were able to discover this fantastic vacant lot in the within an established suburb. This vacant lot was 308m2, which required a smart concept and design to maximise return on investment. We successfully crafted a design to fit the blocks dimensions and include a 3 bed, 2 bath, single car garage. Our experience in negotiating with builders allowed us to keep the build cost low, while maintaining a level of quality which was in high demand. This project created a fantastic return on investment and high rental yield.
