backyard subdivision + single house construction
The original house was situated on an 865m2 block which allowed us to subdivide the backyard into a separately titled allotment. This meant we could keep the front dwelling and sell the backyard with plans and permits for a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom dwelling. This was a great strategy to unlock extra value in the property.
