3 lot subdivision + 3 house construction
This development had a unique opportunity being a corner block which allowed the subdivided blocks to have their own driveways and no common land. This has a favourable effect on the end value of the subdivided properties. We were able to subdivide this 750m 2 into 3 blocks and build three townhouses which had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and double car garage. In this project we had to demolish the original house to make room for the 3 new beautiful townhouses.
