This lot of land had no connected sewerage, and the nearest sewer main was 36m away, this concerned many developers who didn't give it a second look. However, with our incredibly thorough due-diligence with water authorities, engineers, plumbers and the council, it became clear that this was a rare development opportunity at the right price.
We are subdividing this 869m² block into 3 lots and building large modern family homes to suit the demographic in this suburb. The homes will consist of 3/4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms.
