LAND ACQUISITION + SINGLE HOUSE CONSTRUCTION
This development was a subdivided backyard which we purchased to build a standalone dwelling on. The parcel of land was on a corner block which allowed for separate titling with no common driveway. This positively impacted the end value of the townhouse. We were able to maximise usage of the land and squeeze a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom dwelling with a double care garage on the 266m² allotment. This was an amazing result.
